Terms of Service
Last updated 16 October 2026
These terms apply when you use thesonicprint.com and the Sonicprint studios. By using them you agree to these terms. If you are using the studios on behalf of a company, you agree to them on its behalf.
If you have a question about these terms, write to hello@thesonicprint.com.
The website
You may browse the website and share links to it. The website's text, sound, video, design and code belong to Sonicprint or to the clients and partners whose work we show, and you may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.
The studios
The Sonicprint studios are available by invitation. Access is given to a person within a studio (an organisation), and the studio's administrators decide who else may join it and which tools its members can use.
- Keep your sign-in secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the studios, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Your work
You keep all rights to the audio, projects and other material you upload or create in the studios. You give Sonicprint permission to store, process, render and display that material only as needed to provide the studios to you and to the people you share it with. We do not claim ownership of your work, and we do not use it to train models.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, and that using it in the studios does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Generated audio
Some studio tools generate audio with third-party models. Generated audio is subject to the terms of the model that produced it, which the studio shows beside each model. You are responsible for checking that those terms permit the use you intend, and for not generating content that is unlawful, that imitates a real person's voice without their consent, or that infringes anyone's rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or studios to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malware, or try to reach data, accounts or systems you have not been given access to;
- disrupt or overload the service, or scrape it by automated means;
- resell or provide access to the studios to people who have not been invited.
Client work
Where Sonicprint creates work for you under a separate agreement, that agreement governs the work, its fees and its ownership, and takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
No warranty
The website and studios are provided "as is". We work to keep them available and correct, but we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will suit a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of files that matter to you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sonicprint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the website or studios. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using the studios at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the studios; where we can, we will give you notice so you can export your work.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will tell studio users by email about significant changes. Continuing to use the website or studios after a change means you accept the new terms.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.thesonicprint.com/privacy-policy.
