A sonic identity for a conversational AI platform in healthcare, built upward from its micro-interactions rather than downward from a logo.
The brief
Healthcare is a high-stress environment, and an AI agent arriving into it needed to sound like something rather than like a default notification. The question was direct. What is the sound of conversational AI for healthcare.
What shipped
A conversational agent in a hospital has no film to score and no logo moment to land. So we built the identity upward from the states themselves. Message sent, success and notification were each designed as deliberate cues rather than system defaults. The signature is the superset of all of them. Built this way, the identity is not applied to the agent; it emerges from how the agent behaves, and it holds across every tone the agent takes.
